Job Description: The ideal candidate is responsible for providing day-to-day contract administration support to Contracting Officer's Representatives (CORs) in the Cargo Systems Program Directorate (CSPD). Works as part of a team to ensure compliance with the Prompt Payment Act, maintain accurate contract documentation, and support contract closeout activities. Collaborates with government personnel and contractors on invoice processing and documentation requirements. Stays abreast of changes to acquisition regulations and policies. Performs other related duties as required. The candidate performs the following specific assignments:
Executes contract administration tasks and supports financial tracking
This position requires prior experience working with invoice processing procedures
This position requires prior experience working with the Prompt Payment Act
This position requires prior experience working with contract documentation systems
This position requires prior experience working with federal contract administration
Demonstrated experience monitoring and tracking invoice payment schedules
Demonstrated experience processing invoices for COR review and approval
Demonstrated experience maintaining databases for modifications and award fees
