Job Description:
The ideal candidate is responsible for developing and managing marketing campaigns, projects, and programs designed to enhance the visibility and reputation of the SimIS brand. This role focuses on planning and executing campaigns across traditional media, organic and paid digital, social media, content marketing, and field marketing channels, with particular emphasis on federal marketing programs.

Job Description:

This role focuses on planning and executing campaigns across traditional media, organic and paid digital, social media, content marketing, and field marketing channels, with particular emphasis on federal marketing programs.
The candidate performs the following specific assignments:
- Develops and manages campaign and tactical plans across multiple marketing channels
- Creates and maintains multi-channel campaign calendars
- Writes creative briefs and leads kick-off sessions with business development teams
- Develops audience strategies, segmentation, and targeting techniques
- Provides guidance on SEO, SEM, digital display, and social media marketing
- Analyzes performance metrics and optimizes marketing campaigns
- Manages customer responses to social media posts and advertising
- Supports business development through targeted marketing initiatives
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience
- 2+ years of marketing project/campaign planning experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in content strategy and editorial planning
- Digital marketing expertise (SEO, SEM, social media)
- Experience in federal/technology sector marketing
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Google Ads Certification
- Google Analytics Individual Qualification
- HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
- Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate
- Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) in Digital Marketing from AMA
